Laboratory research

You can have laboratory research carried out in Alphen aan den Rijn at ATAL-Medial/Unilabs or SCAL/Eurofins. Both laboratories are working to set up their sampling locations. We will keep you informed.

When you went for a lab test, we expect the results within three working days. The results will be processed into your file. For patients who use Mijngezondheid.net or the MedGemak app, we’re able to share the results with you as soon as we receive them. We can also add some explanation or ask for an action from you. We ask the other patients to call the practice for the results after 3 working days.

Culture results often take 1 week, tissue assessment often 2 weeks.

We’ll soon be able to perform a number of tests ourselves in our practice, such as ECG’s, a Holter for cardiac arrhythmias, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, lung function test, rapid diagnosis of infections (CRP).
