Our general practice is still accepting new patients. To register fill in the registration form on our website. You can either e-mail the registration form to us or fill in the form at our general practice. We try to give personal care tot our patiënts. But since we have a more than average amount of elder people or people who need a great deal of care we have to install a waiting list. Feel free to put yourself on that waitinglist.
